Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 12 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Non-returnable: Opened/used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
How to request: Email info@velkra.au with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds: Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
Damaged items: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
